My name is Stanislav Likhtarovich, and I am based in Poland.
We are currently looking to collaborate with a professional Caller / Interviewer to support real client interviews on a long-term basis. This role focuses on communication, interview leadership, and representation, rather than coding.
In this position, you would act as the communication bridge between our clients and our developers during live interviews.
The responsibilities include leading or supporting live video interviews, communicating clearly and professionally with interviewers, guiding the interview flow, clarifying technical questions when needed, and representing our team confidently during calls.
We are looking for someone with strong verbal communication skills and fluent, near-native English pronunciation. You should be comfortable leading or co-hosting video interviews and have a technical background or experience with software development interviews. Candidates from all regions are welcome. A collaboration agreement will be required.
During the trial phase (until the first successful hire), compensation is:
HR interviews: $10 per interview
Technical interviews: $20 per interview
After a successful hire, ongoing support compensation is $1000.
If we confirm your skills and goals, we can pay much enough to you.
Please note that callers are required to attend interviews as representatives, supporting under the senior developer’s profile.
