Kafka container should not be required in some tests. #31133

Overview of the feature request
Kafka is started in cucumber tests but it's not required.
Removing @EmbeddedKafka annotation from @IntegrationTest it doesn't start anymore, but consumer is activate taking a lot of time probing. Tests jumps from ~2 to ~10 minutes.
