Support for seqinr objects

The package requires a MultipleAlignment object as input, and the only way I see, how one can obtain such an object is via the msa package. So, the user is forced to do an alignment with msa even if s/he already has aligned the sequences some other way.

It would highly increase the flexibility if seqinr objects were supported as well.

A trick for alignments in fasta format:

myset <- readAAStringSet(myfasta)
mymsa <- new("MsaAAMultipleAlignment", unmasked = set)
outliers <- odseq(mymsa)
