Odseq for genomic MSA

Hi @josejimenezluna. I have MSA of viral genomes (8kbp long) and I was wondering if I could use odseq for outlier detection since after reading the paper methodology I didn't see any protein MSA specific step. Would you recommend any changes when using odseq with nucleotide MSA?
