Honor Level Duration

Today, placing a command to "Set Level" that includes a "Duration" appears to ignore the "Duration" and sets the level immediately without an expected fade

Attempted setting this via the API calls, but it doesn't seem that transition is doing what I expect it to. Duration is a construct in the hubitat device class, but it does not appear there's a way to set this via the WLED API. Let me know if it's documented somewhere, and I'll give it another attempt.
