RFE: Implement authentication via oauth-tokens #34
Description
To be able to authenticate against Dynatrace Cloud Automation, the operators need to have the ability to authenticate with OAuth tokens.
Therefore, a new tokenType "oauth" should be implemented.
Furthermore, the same mechanism will be needed in the promotion service. It seems like this only needs an update of the distributor.
