Navigation Text color change has no effect when "Fat Menu" is disabled

When "Fat Menu" is disabled, customization of the navigation text color has no effect (tested with VLT 8.0.0-alpha.6 on the VLT demo site).

Steps to reproduce:

• Disable "Fat Menu"
• Customize Navigation Text Color

After saving the settings, the navigation color has not changed:

Compared to a site with "Fat Menu" enabled, the navigation hover effect (from the "Fat Menu Background color" setting) is also not active.

Just in case this behavior is not intended :)
