[FEAT] Please add support for the sentence-silence parameter

Wanted change

Support for "--sentence-silence" as an environment variable, such as "PIPER_SENTENCE_SILENCE": 0.5.

Reason for change

Currently the output pauses for way too long after an exclamation sign. This can be solved by reducing the sentence-silence parameter to less than 1.2 which is what's using by default.
