Influence the frame rate

What a powerful tool! It would be wonderful if we could influence the frame rate. For example, you could reach your goal faster with lower frame rates - although everything above 20 fps still plays smoothly. I prefer 24 fps.

it's not so complex to do. i've added this in my fork (others did it too) with a gradio box to set the frame rate.

Also lowering resolution makes generation faster.

Ready, tested, it works fine. Two things: Firstly, you helped me a lot. Secondly, I am amazed at myself that I was able to implement your modification even though my Python skills are level 0 out of 10. LOL

Yes i removed this argument from my fork.
if you need it back just add it like it was in the original code
