Permissions on doors

views.py:401 it defaults perm='unauthorised'

We need something like

if tool.type == TYPE_DOOR:
perm='user'
else
perm='unauthorised'
if u:

So that regular doors that let any member in should show 'user' on the tool access on the website. Restricted doorbots and tools should behave as currently.
