Gear Workbench not appearing

Using the python console commands, I can import freecad.gears.commands and create gears to then edit, but the gear workbench does not show in my list. I see others with issues with scipy and numpy, but those seem to work just fine, especially since I can create gears and use them, but only via the console. I did have an issue first trying to install via the addon manager, something about the git clone hanging and an SSL error, but update and restart system seemed to fix that.

I was able to fix my issue. "gitver" on my system is 3_voidlinux, so init_gui.py was failing trying to cast that string to an int. I've added a guard for this in #220
