Application table: Change participant detail view from model to a seperate page with its own deeplink #1063
Description
The Problem: Currently, application details are shown in a modal that lacks its own URL. Users cannot refresh, or share a direct link to a specific student's application.
The Goal: Enable direct access to application details via a unique URL so that the view can be shared and revisited easily.
Success Criteria:
- Users can share a link that opens directly to a specific application.
- Refreshing the browser doesn't lose the "detail view" state.
