Monthly recurring on specific days of the month

Hi, great package! Just testing it out for use in a project.

We'd need it to be able to recur a booking in the following ways:

• Every 1st Wednesday of the month
• Every 2nd Friday of the month
• Every last Monday of the month

To go one further, every X day of the year, ie first Saturday of the year, last Sunday etc - but I imagine this is less popular, though the code may be similar.

Essentially RRULE support.
