Help: How to reload the visible cell or pervious edited cell

I Am doing player POC, I have loaded the list. While clicking on play button need to changes pause if I click on new cell need to change the previous cell button to play & current cell button change as pause state

Specially slider is not working properly - cell tag getting delay
