Upgrade KDE Runtime in Flatpak Manifest

Describe the bug

The used KDE Runtime 6.8 used in the Flatpak manifest is end of life. I tried to test an install with an edited flatpak manifest but qbscore sadly didn't compile, demanding Qt6::CorePrivate.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Tiled as a flatpak via terminal.
2. When installing, there will be an info that 6.8 is EOL:
   Info: runtime org.kde.Platform branch 6.8 is end-of-life, with reason: We strongly recommend moving to the latest stable version of the Platform and SDK Info: applications using this runtime: org.mapeditor.Tiled

Expected behavior

Using org.kde.Platform in Version 6.10.

This issue should have been reported at https://github.com/flathub/org.mapeditor.Tiled/issues, though it seems I can't transfer it. In any case, I'll have a look at updating the runtime soon then, thanks!

Oh, I'm sorry. I don't know yet how github and making issues work in a good way. I will report against the flathub manifest the next time - well, hopefully there is no next time. 😜
