'Geolocation'-Fehler im Diagnosesystembericht bleibt

Sehr geehrtes Matomo-Team,

Die Warnung (2 St.) ist im Systembericht zu sehen.

"Die GeoLite2-City.mmdb Datei liegt korrekt im Ordner wp-content/uploads/matomo/ und hat die Berechtigung 644/755, aber die Option 'GeoLite2 (MaxMind)' erscheint nicht im Geolocation-Dropdown, und der 'Geolocation'-Fehler im Diagnosesystembericht bleibt."

Ich habe mit Gemini schon alles Mögliche getestet, leider ohne Erfolg.
Gerne sende ich ihnen auch die einzelnen Fragen und Antworten dazu - aber vielleicht stört das nur?

Haben sie eine Idee, was falsch abgelaufen sein könnte.
Ist das Problem vielleicht im Zusammenhang mit dem Hosting-Dienstleister Mittwald zu lösen?

Hi @Teo77-77 I don't believe this error is generated by the Matomo for WordPress plugin. Can you see if another plugin is generating it by deactivating other plugins temporarily? Perhaps starting with complianz-gdpr?
