[enhancement]: Include BuildKit by default on Azure Agents #5392
Description
It would be great if Azure agents came with BuildKit pre-installed, as it is Docker's default build engine.
Additionally, is there a recommended way to use BuildKit on Azure agents until it is officially supported?
This feature would streamline Docker builds and improve consistency across environments.
