Filemanager: mod-ui doesn't sync UI with plugin loaded state

Hello, tbh I'm not sure if this issue is a plugin bug (cabsim-IR-loader) or a mod-ui missing feature, trying here

1. Create a new pedalboard with this plugin, select an IR with filemanager and save it (graphics shows the selected IR accordingly)
2. Load another pedalboard
3. Returning to the first one

The graphics on the UI shows the first IR default file forward-audio_AliceInBones.wav and on the plugin log I see the correct IR is loaded, so the load state is working. This is annoying since the UI is not synced accordingly to plugin state.

[NOTE] I'm using cabsim-IR-loader as a reference for testing Filemanager functionality while testing overall hotfix-1.11. So far everything is working except for this graphics thing. If you have a more stable plugin to test against Filemanager functionality I will follow, thx.
