Support load snapshot by name #156
Description
Right now, snapshots are loaded by id, that is simply the order in which they are shown in the list (1 to x).
If one deletes a snapshot and adds it again because of convenience reasons, the id might change, whereas the name could remain. It would be useful to be able to load them by name, as the names are unique anyway.
