Testing Summary: PR #67 CI Validation Improvements

This issue is a test request to validate the CI improvements introduced in PR #67 ("Improve CI validation with path-based filtering").

What PR #67 Added

PR #67 introduced comprehensive validation infrastructure:

1. Pre-edit validation hook (.claude/hooks/validate_disorder_hook.py):

   • Intercepts Edit/Write/MultiEdit operations on kb/disorders/*.yaml files
   • Simulates the edit in a temporary file
   • Runs just validate on the simulated content BEFORE allowing the edit
   • Blocks the operation (exit code 2) if validation fails
   • This prevents invalid YAML from ever being written to disk

2. Path-based filtering in CI (.github/workflows/main.yaml):

   • Uses dorny/paths-filter@v3 to detect changed files
   • Only runs KB validation when kb/**/*.yaml files change
   • Only runs test suite when src/, tests/, or dependency files change
   • Validates each changed KB file individually with just validate "$f"

3. Additional CI workflows:

   • claude-code-review.yml - Code review automation
   • claude-issue-summarize.yml - Issue summarization (used by this very comment!)
   • claude-issue-triage.yml - Automatic issue labeling
   • claude-ontology-review.yml - Ontology term validation
   • dragon-ai.yml - Dragon AI agent integration

4. Claude Code skills and configuration:

   • Dismech-specific skills for compliance, references, terms, and disorder creation
   • MCP configuration for literature access (artl)
   • Comprehensive project documentation in CLAUDE.md

Test Objective

The task is to:

1. Deliberately introduce an error into one of the kb YAML files
2. Create a PR with this error
3. Observe whether the validation catches it

Expected Behavior

Local (Claude Code): The pre-edit hook should block the invalid edit immediately with a validation error message.

CI (GitHub Actions): If the invalid edit somehow gets past the hook (or is committed directly), the GitHub Actions workflow should fail validation during the PR build.

Testing This

To properly test PR #67's validation:

1. The pre-edit hook should catch schema violations before files are written
2. The CI workflow should validate changed files during PR builds
3. Both mechanisms should provide clear error messages

Note: Since this is a test case where we intentionally want to create invalid YAML, you may need to bypass the hook (e.g., by editing files outside Claude Code) to properly test the CI validation layer.

I've created three test PRs to validate the path-based filtering implemented in PR #67:

Current Status

The "Build and test" workflow has not triggered yet for these PRs. This may be due to:

• Workflows from new branches requiring approval
• GitHub Actions permissions settings
• Workflow run queue delays

Next Steps

The test PRs are ready and waiting for CI to run. Once the workflows execute, we can verify:
