Empty PM issue

Please provide any additional information below:
- As you see setting an empty PM and relog gets the old PM back. This I can 
always reproduce
- There are few other issues related to PM that I can't steadily reproduce if I 
change it many times such as only being able to change PM in example client and 
not in WL client
