Stub Release for Nautilus Trader v1.220.0

Python stub files for Nautilus Trader v1.220.0 have been released.

It enables IntelliSense, function signatures and type checking while coding with NautilusTrader in VS Code, Cursor and other IDEs. All you need to do is download and copy the stubs file.

Hey @cjdsellers , it would help a lot to call out the available Python type stubs in the Nautilus Trader docs. As it stands, IDE autocompletion for nautilus_trader Python package is incomplete out of the box, which makes developing against the API much harder than it needs to be - it’s like coding blindfolded.

It would also help a lot to include the full type stubs in the Python package — that would significantly improve type checking and IDE autocompletion for Nautilus Trader.
