[Bug]: 4.0.5 update and install screen unusable

Bug description

The install window is incomplete and behind Windows menu bar.

Cannot finish upgrade or install process.

I can callback install window using taskbar, search process and "move".

Steps to reproduce

1. Click update from 4.0.4
2. Install process start
3. Window is misplaced and unusable

Expected behavior

Window should be placed at center and buttons accessible

And I saw #9359 (corrected in 4.0.6 milestone, cf. #9367) but in my case, update is done partially, but can't be finished

@michel-thomas I am not sure I understand the issue you report
the installer Windows is created by MSI framework from Microsoft and we do not have control over it
maybe you record a screencast to show us what happen ?
do you have the same issue if you start the MSI from some other software ?

This comes from a user's desktop. I don't have a screencast, but 2 users encountered the same bug. Both tried upgrade process, and then "manual install" process. I can ask them to try another msi. I keep you in touch
