much like nuxt-modules/html-validator, we could check for violations when prerendering pages (and fail build if present)

PR #210 implements the core functionality requested in this issue.

What PR #210 adds:

Check a11y during prerender	✅ render:html hook scans each route with axe-core
Fail build on violations	✅ failOnViolation: true sets process.exitCode = 1
Log violations to console	✅ Uses consola with summary stats

Configuration:

Technical approach:

• Uses addServerPlugin() to register a Nitro plugin
• Hooks into render:html during prerender (better than prerender:generate as it has full HTML context)
• Runs axe-core server-side using jsdom
• Collects violations across all routes and reports summary on build close

This issue can likely be closed once PR #210 is merged.
