Feature: CLI command for generating reports

Firs of all, really exciting module, I will use it in many projects. So happy to see the progress of nuxt last months.

Describe the feature

Right now we only have console and devtools output. It'd be useful to also generate a file-based report like:
nuxt a11y --output=report.md
Similar to nuxt db from NuxtHub 0.10.

Why

My use case: I want to hook this into an AI agent that reads the report and creates GitHub issues I can tackle (or let the AI fix directly).

Also useful for CI pipelines in general.
