Proposed process towards taking 1.1 to final

My personal suggestion on timeline - we need to discuss/agree this in the WG, and the months are "indicative", we don't generally commit to deadlines.

Feb:

• Finish spec work (there's known breaking changes to IAE needed/security issues that need to be sorted & feedback from Stuttgart)

March:

• Start WGLC/45 day public review period to publish an implementers draft
• Spec is sent to Stuttgart to commence formal security analysis
• Encourage implementers to implement & try interoping & provide feedback on spec
• Request certification team implement IAE tests in VCI

Late April/May:

• look at feedback, implement changes
• move VP profile to VP spec (do we have an issue for tracking this?)
• WGLC for VCI 1.1 as final if spec looks good. (Probably there would be an update to HAIP that allows/uses IAE as well)
