Hi @termi-official, we have some new methods for tangential relaxation on curved boundaries, but they are not merged in master yet. If this is urgent, let me know and I can share my branch but the code there is not cleaned up yet. |

I saw that the mesh optimizer can handle at least in principle the movement of the nodes on the boundary. However, currently the movement is locked to the coordinate axes, which is not too useful for complex geometries. I was wondering if there is a way to integrate the solver from Example 28 (for sliding boundary conditions) into the mesh optimizer to allow the optimization of surface nodes on more complicated geometries? I tried for some time to connect these, but could not figure out how.
