Provide URI when a NoRouteToHostException is thrown #998
Description
What happened?
Two hosts cannot talk to eachother, likely due to firewalls. When trying to make a remoting call we receive a DialogueException wrapping a NoRouteToHostException, message No route to host (Host unreachable). Without any URI information it is very difficult to know what host was trying to be accessed.
What did you want to happen?
Ideally the DialogueException would have some way to get the URI for the remote host it is connecting too, such that this can be pulled out in logging.
