Document and script required dependecies

I needed to run GO111MODULE=on PATH=$HOME/go/bin:$PATH ./deploy-infra.sh and then it failed on:

--: line 1: gojsontoyaml: command not found

I have modified the title a little. We need to improve documentation and provide a script to install dependencies.
