Document comparison with @opentelemetry/instrumentation-pino

@opentelemetry/instrumentation-pino has had support for sending logs for over a year: open-telemetry/opentelemetry-js-contrib@055ef41. I just realized that, since it is setup automatically by getNodeAutoInstrumentations() that I've been sending duplicate logs in that time frame. (Oops on my part!)

It would be ideal if this interaction was documented in the README to help future developers. Folks using node auto instrumentation probably don't need pino-opentelemetry-transport.

Can you suggest what to write in the Readme or maybe create a PR with the README update?

The @opentelemetry/instrumentation-pino package that is used when you set up with getNodeAutoInstrumentations() is referencing pino-opentelemetry-transport in the Alternative log sending with pino-opentelemetry-transport section. Maybe it would make sense to add something there as well.
