Fix collection of dot-file directories like .well-known in public for security.txt and other files.

.well-known is not gathered unless using a razzle.extend.js. In volto 19 we can fix this with the vendorized Razzle.

@davisagli I’m trying to fix the plone.org case with the razzle.extend.js but it is weird. On local dev mode I saw it working, but the built images don’t contain the dot-folder.

• either the local dev case already worms without razzle.extend.js
• my razzle.extend.js thar I copied from a clienr project still has some wrong paths as it was in an add’on folder instead of the Volto 16 /frontend/ root customisng options, see my last changes there.
• I didn’t really dive into what I was doing, just copied the extend file in and checked locally 😇

So… just mentioning it here because there’s some trickyness, but fixing the Volto 19 case should be more straightforward with only public folders in frontend addons to gather..
