Ability to disable Touchpad or TouchScreen #1784
Description
My laptop has a touch screen and recently, I had an accident where in the end, my laptop's touch screen was rendered useless except for a certain part and the screen has many cracks. The main issue here is, if that certain part that has the touch screen ability isn't clean or detects any form of touch input (even if I didn't, it's super sensitive probably cuz of no touch screen settings), touch screen acts weird and starts going crazy with all my applications like zooming in and out, downloading stuff, clicking links, etc etc. I don't have a lot of knowledge within Linux to disable the touch screen with other CLI tools within Wayland. So I hope there are some settings for the touch screen for those who have a touch screen laptop + ability to disable the touchpad and touchscreen. Thank you! Personally think Cosmic is the best DE in Linux and it will prove itself so in the near future.
