Hi All
As per the current website it takes voters to the individual states website for them to register or vote.However If there voter is already registered through vote.usa.gov the EU(end user) should be able to vote directly rather than going to the state website or the API's for all states website should tied together with vote.usa.gov for easy voting.If a person who wants to register he can scan a copy of Government Issued ID in his application profile and when he creates it and votes that way.I do know it will be a paper free environment and If he cleared he will receive a notification asking him to vote.
