Add HTTP data

I suggest that we add a new "http" column to linehaul which includes:

• HTTP Method (GET/OPTIONS)
• HTTP Status Code (200/206)
• HTTP Bytes served
• HTTP Range Header value (if applicable)

This would help to analyze usage more precisely and surface overall usage data better via BigQuery
