Currently when the download is finished the .torrent file is created in the target directory if the option is set.
But if you download only part of the torrent and download the other part later. The .torrent file is duplicated at the target directory with (1) appended in the filename. The next time it will be duplicated with (2) and so on.
I'would expect the client to do not copy the file if it already exists in the target directory. It could check existing files there for hash etc.
