0.30.0 - `no_std` tag

After the release of Ratatui 0.30.0, we should create a legend with some kind of no_std tag to mark backends/widgets/apps that are compatible with no_std. E.g.

• [no_std] ratatui-psx - A ratatui backend for the original PlayStation
• ...

or

⚙️ - compatible with no_std targets

• ...
• ⚙️ ratatui-psx - A ratatui backend for the original PlayStation
• ...

There are multiple emojis that might make sense, WDYT?

• ⚙️ "low-level"
• 🛠️ "bare-metal"
• ⛓️‍💥 "unchained" (from std)
• ✂️ "trimmed" (no std)

Let me know if you have some other ideas.

Hmm
I would rather do tags/emojis as I have a feeling that subsections might be misinterpreted. It should be obvious to users that don't have no-std or embedded experience, that regular std support includes no_std crates, subsections may be giving an impression that std and no_std are some incompatible separate things.
