Default keyboard shortcut to edit text doesn't work on MacOS & IntelliJ

Using version 1.6.8 in latest IntelliJ version (2024.2.1) on MacOS 14.6.1.

I'd like to edit a mindmap with keyboard controls.
The default keyboard shortcut "option (alt) - spacebar" doesn't work.

After changing the shortcut to "shift - option - spacebar", it works as expected.

Perhaps the default shortcut has a conflict?
