Add Wrapper Format Zstandard And LZCOMP Compression

Is Possible To Add Zstandard (.zst,.zstd) And LZCOMP (.lzcomp) Please ?

Sorry I don't think I'll be spending time on these, they don't look relevant to my purpose as one postdates the era of bitmap fonts and the other is specific to MTX which as far as I can see is an outline only font format
