consider best way to include galleria and colorbox

Currently Siglican uses galleria and colorbox distributions copied from Sigal. There might be better ways to include galleria and colorbox without including them in the fork.

Note that the galleria.classic.min.js required a minor edit to the css variable in order to get it to work properly with the current distribution (added "../"). This may re-break with a vanilla Galleria pull.

Also need to make sure that Galleria and Colorbox licenses are correctly presented within the code tree.
