DOC: Clarify the units used for phi_star in the galaxies module

**Describe the issue**
There was confusion as to the expected units of $\phi_{*}$ in the *schechter_lf* function. We wish to maintain $h$-less units (ie no multiplication by a factor of $h$) throughout SkyPy code therefore this should be made clear in the documentation and examples.
