Connection issue for "component" and "config" Orientdb databases while using it along with NEXUS repository

Nexus Version: 3
OrientDB Version: v.2.2.31
Java Version: 1.8.0_131
OS: CentOS Linux 7

Issue:

We are using orientdb for our nexus repository. We are facing issues connecting to the nexus repo since the orientdb got corrupted after the file system got full. We have error in two of the db components "component" and "config" . When we try to connet to these two db's using the following command it is throwing the following error

Any Suggestions how to fix this error?

What kind of error? BTW this is a specific R plugin and your issue is more general.
I would suggest to file a ticket public Jira or ask in the gitter

At the same time can u please provide more details what did you do to get this error? was it upgrading from old NXRM to a new one, or something else? @Sandhya131
