Results are not consist with [tutorials/scgen_perturbation_prediction.ipynb] #95
Description
Hello,
The version of scgen I use is 2.1.1.
Because in this version, it can not import class LossRecorder, I use class LossOutput, which is in /scvi/module/base/_base_module.py, to record loss.
However, the results I got were different from the original ones.
