adding cart items(products) to localStorage

should not we implement the functionality of localStorage so when products are added to cart, it should also be added to localStorage! and so preserving CART on hard reloads?

why would you want to do that when it could make you vulnerable to XSS? Also in Next.js, if I remember correctly, you can only read cookies in server routes or middleware. Current implementation here just stores the cartId
