Sync in Progress (xx blocks behind)

Hello, as title says.
For some reason my ETH node is not in sync anymore, and the Blocks Behind go up, keep getting worse ,right now it is a 49 blocks behind.
Wallet status is Offline.
ERC20 USDT is also not in sync.

What should I do ?

Your sync issues are likely caused by the recent Ethereum network upgrade (Fusaka), which can affect nodes running older versions.

Please update SHKeeper to the latest version with the following commands:

helm repo update
helm upgrade -f values.yaml shkeeper vsys-host/shkeeper

If the issue persists, feel free to share the logs.
