Dear Waydabber,
I made the first purchase of BetterDisplay on Jan 8, 2026, with a wrong email address, "[email protected]", and later found that I will not be able to receive the pro license with this email address. Sorry for using a wrong email address, I was simply hoping to check the price another currency, and later forgot that I used a random email address previously......
I tried to find help on Paddle, and I was able to locate the purchase with the payment details, but it is impossible to get any help since Paddle need me to be able to use the original email address.
Thus I made the second purchase 22 min after the first purchase, and I have received the license key for that second purchase. So it's really not I regret, it's just I carelessly forget...
I hope to ask if you can cancel the first license key that was sent to "[email protected]", and refund it? I would really appreciate your help!
