If OS is encrypted there is no password prompt at startup

Only get the loading plymouth screen and no disk encryption password prompt.
Stays there loading permanently until I type the password and press Enter

I'm on Vauxite (Fedora Xfce Atomic 41)

Thanks for the report. The LUKS password prompt is part of the Plymouth process and it seems like this
Plymouth theme doesn't support it. The theme comes from https://github.com/timnetworks/Platinum9/, which hasn't been updated in 6 years so there's probably no use creating an issue there.

For now, I would says LUKS support isn't great in any of the Winblues images with custom Plymouth themes.
