Windows console and unicode

If you need to use non-ASCII characters in the Windows console **and** you are getting errors or warning messages when using `isbntools` you should setup and configure your Windows console to use unicode by default **before** using `isbntools`!

`isbntools` tries to make this for you but cannot fix all the issues in some systems.
