reorganize tests for op object types

Following on #41 , Let's reorganize tests for the non "item" object types returned by `op` queries, such as users, groups, and vaults

Lets add real-world examples examples of these (sanitized as necessary) to `test-input-data/valid-data` and migrate to those samples

Lets eliminate as much as possible any use of high-level `OP` API and calls to the `op` executable
