KITTI 45 invalid pairs

Hi, thank you for great work and good repo!

In the paper you specify you use 697 images for KITTI, but when I load the dataset 45 pairs are invalid as they have no depth map (or it is set to None in the kitti_eigen_test.txt file,

Am i doing everything OK?
