Added known issues and FAQ sections to the readme.

Description of the Change

This pull request updates the documentation for the Microsoft Azure Storage for WordPress plugin by adding a new Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section and improving clarity around known issues and security bug reporting. The changes consolidate and reorganize information to make it easier for users to find support and troubleshooting details.

Documentation improvements

• Added a new "Frequently Asked Questions" section to both README.md and readme.txt, including instructions on how to report security bugs through the Patchstack Vulnerability Disclosure Program. [1] [2]
• Moved and consolidated known issues (such as storage account compatibility and responsive image support) within the readme.txt file, making them more visible and easier to reference. [1] [2]
